Listed below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. If you have any questions that aren't covered here, please contact us.

Warranty & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within three weeks of receiving it. After your returned products have been received by our team, a refund check or replacement products will be mailed back to you, depending on the circumstances of the return. Photographs may not be returned for any reason other than a damaged product.

Full-frame Prints

A print that is another dimension than the ones listed below may result in cropping. Please check and adjust crop markings before checkout. The photographer is not held responsible for mis-cropped prints.

What is the password?
Typically the password is either the bride or groom's last name.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently use Paypal to process our orders. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this feature.

Will the Donnan Photo watermark be on my printed photograph?
Absolutely not. This watermark is only present online. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from Atlanta, GA.

What is a float wrap?

What does a metallic print look like?
It's a highly reflective print that makes colors (and black and white) pop. It's really hard to describe, but it looks great on a lot of photographs.

Do you photograph more than just weddings?
Absolutely. Contact us for more information regarding your portrait session. 

May I buy the digital file?
In most circumstances yes. Just click "buy" and select the file download via the products tab.

I'm a wedding vendor, may I have a copy of that?
